Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
We are currently not accepting any orders outside India. However, if you plan to visit our store, you can pay and collect.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 24 hours of your purchase provided you return the item in mint condition without any wear and tear or damage.
After the 24 hours period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to read the product description and check the images thoroughly before their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
