Terms and Conditions


1.    No exchange of customised products is applicable after the order is placed. All products go through a quality check prior to dispatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged product, we will either replace or refund the damaged product.
2.    You need to notify us within 24 Hours in case you receive a damaged product. Notification can be through WhatsApp (8486518125) or email (contact@wowexotic.com) along with photos of the damaged piece.
3.    The damaged product should be returned to us to facilitate any exchange or refund, or as decided by the management.
4.    Our liability ends at the point of first delivery. If you arrange for onward transit of the shipment received from us, we will not be responsible for any discrepancy arising in that.
5.    Though we have a double check process and an error rate of less than 0.5%, we still can’t rule out human error in packing. We suggest that you check every single piece upon receiving your shipment.
6.    In case we offer a refund, it will take 3 to 4 working days to do a bank transfer. If the refund is being made into the card through the payment gateway, it will take 12 to 14 days.
7.    Payment should be made in full prior to dispatch of the product, inclusive of additional delivery charges wherever applicable. In case of customised pricing, an email invoice would be sent for payment. It is understood that such invoice should be paid within 4 hours from receipt of email. In the event of delay in payment, and the product going out of stock, we will not be liable for any delays in despatch due to delayed payment.
